this is jesse ventura's character from the movie predator. its pretty much the greatest 80s action movie ever. if you don't agree then there's probably something horribly wrong with you. or you're a girl.

two of my favorite artists (ashley wood and jamie hewlett) have drawn or occasionally draw tank girl. so, in my never ending pursuit to become someone cooler, i did the same.

the last time i drew a girl like this i had nothing to say. i am experiencing similar... um. experiences. bye.

i haven't drawled in a long time.

drawing is like riding a bike. if you're outta practice, you're liable to fall and make an ass of yourself. and people are guaranteed to point and laugh. today's lesson kids? don't not draw.

let me tell you something about circles. they are every artists kryptonite. i don't care how accomplished of an illustrator you are, everyone dreads drawing circles. you could have gone to every art school on the planet and you'd still feel like a 3 year old when you have to draw a tire.
